We are a private service provider offering visa application support, not a government department.
Our fees cover service time and support effort. Please read our refund policies carefully.
Once a service request is submitted and our team has started reviewing or processing your form, the service fee becomes non-refundable.
Refunds are provided only if:
You were charged twice accidentally
You cancel before we start working on your application
A technical issue on our system prevented service delivery
We cannot offer refunds for:
Visa rejection by the Government of India
Delay in official processing
Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the applicant
Change of travel plan
