Our fees cover service time and support effort. Please read our refund policies carefully.

1. Service Fees

Once a service request is submitted and our team has started reviewing or processing your form, the service fee becomes non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only if:

  • You were charged twice accidentally

  • You cancel before we start working on your application

  • A technical issue on our system prevented service delivery

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Visa rejection by the Government of India

  • Delay in official processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the applicant

  • Change of travel plan
